     Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for brevity, 'Cr.P.C.') for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.307, dated 05.11.2016, registered at Police Station City Khanna, District Ludhiana, under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code.

Notice of motion has been issued in this case. Learned State counsel put in appearance on behalf of the respondent-State and contested this petition. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned State counsel and have gone through the record. From the record, I find that FIR in the present case was registered on the basis of written complaint moved by Jasvir Kaur, wherein it has been alleged that there is a cutting in the insurance policy as well as in Rajesh Kumar 2017.03.21 17:02 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document.

 the receipt and 7,66,000/- has been taken by the present petitioner and his wife Harpreet Kaur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that there was some other dispute between the parties and the complainant's husband being Head Constable in the police got registered a false case against the petitioner and other co-accused.

From the above, it is clear that the case is based on documentary evidence. Therefore, keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case; without discussing the facts of the case in minute details and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, I find merit in this petition and the same is allowed. It is ordered that
