Against the said order, the petitioner has preferred an appeal, which is pending consideration. A copy of order dated 29.03.2022 filed in Court today is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to pursue the said appeal. Disposed of as having been withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
