Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the challenge in the present revision petition is to the order dated 09.03.2022 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Yamuna Nagar at Jagahari, whereby the petitioner has been directed to pay
5,000/- per month to the each respondent as an interim maintenance, whereas the main petition is still pending.

It is submitted that the petitioner wants to take all his pleas taken in the present revision petition, in the main petition pending before the Family Court and he would also make a request for making a reference to the Mediation. He prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, at this stage.

Dismissed as withdrawn, as above.
