HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Vide order dated 08.09.2020, this Court while issuing notice of motion, stayed the arrest of the petitioner.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Malkiat Singh states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required. Investigation in this case is complete and challan has been filed.

In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 08.09.2020 staying arrest of the petitioner, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the conditions of Section 438

(2) Cr.P.C.
