Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is for directing respondent Nos. 4 to 7 to provide final medical opinion in respect of victim - Bassan, to respondent No. 3, in case FIR No. 0206, dated 05.09.2017, under Sections 147, 148, 323 and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Pinagwan, District Nuh (Mewat). Learned State counsel submits that challan in the aforementioned FIR has already been submitted and after framing of charges, the case is fixed for evidence before the learned trial Court on 21.09.2022.

In view of the fact that admittedly no such application has been filed before the Court of learned Magistrate/trial Court; investigation has already been completed; and that report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. is also filed, nothing remains in the prayer made in the PRASHANT KAPOOR 2022.09.13 19:23 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to move an application before the learned trial Court, in accordance with law, at an appropriate stage, if so advised.
