HARPREET SINGH BRAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing the seniority list of Assistant Sub Station Attendants issued vide memo No.9361/67SEN/ASSA/38 dated 16.09.2025 (Annexure P-5) with further prayer to quash the tentative seniority list of Assistant Sub Station Attendants issued vide office memo No.6944-50 dated 11.07.2025 (Annexure P-4). Further a writ of mandamus has been sought, directing the official respondents to prepare a fresh seniority list by keeping in view The Punjab Civil Services (General and Common Conditions of Services) Rules, 1994 and to consider the petitioners for promotion from back date to the post of Sub-Station Attendant (SSA) as juniors to them have already been promoted.

Further direct the respondents to grant all the consequential benefits to the petitioners by promoting them to the post of Sub-Station MOHD YAKUB 2026.04.27 16:40 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh.
