(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for giving directions to the trial Court to decide the application dated 17.05.2024 (Annexure P-14) in a time bound manner vide which the petitioner seeks permission to visit Canada and exemption for his appearance during the proceedings of main trial.

On 24.05.2024, a request was made for an adjournment and thereafter, the matter was adjourned by order for today. Today, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner.
