(Oral) This revision has been filed against the order declining probation to the petitioner-accused to send the cheque in question for forensic examination to determine the age of the ink. On the last date the following order was passed:- "Learned counsel has argued that if an opportunity is granted to the petitioner as prayed in the application as well as in the petition the petitioner undertakes to lead his entire evidence within a period of three months and, therefore, no prejudice would be caused to the complainant if this application is allowed.

Notice of motion for 27.11.2015.

Let the complainant be served through counsel in the rial court by way of dasti process."

CRR-4073-2015 -2since the petitioner has already delayed the case and if he undertakes to conclude his entire evidence within three months as undertaken in the last order he would have no objection. In the circumstances the petition is allowed in the above terms. It is made clear that the petitioner will have to lead his entire evidence at his own responsibility.
