(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petition under Section 7 & 25 of Guardian and Ward Act read with Section 13 of the Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, 1956 for appointment of petitioner as guardian was filed on the premise that Dilrooppreet Singh turned 13 in 2018 and he has to be admitted in various educational institutions, which are demanding the guardian certificate. The petition was filed in Court on 13.05.2019 but the Court adjourned the matter for 24.09.2019.

I am afraid relief sought in the present petition cannot be granted, as remedy for the petitioner is to seek preponment of the petition. Instead of doing so, petitioner straightforward came to this Court. No ground for interference is made out. The revision petition is dismissed.
