(ORAL) After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Managing Director for the redressal of his grievance for the release of the pensionary benefits, which has been withheld by the respondents, on account of some recovery pending, as informed to him, vide order dated 17.10.2017 (Annexure P-4), which according to the petitioner is factually incorrect.
