He has sent a legal notice dated 25.11.2021 (Annexure P-13) to the respondents in this regard. He further contends that he would be satisfied if this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the legal notice (Annexures P-13) in accordance with law.

Issue notice to respondents.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Anant Kataria, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide the legal notice (Annexure P-13) in accordance with law within a period of 04 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
