Singhal, Company Secretary of the respondent-corporation submits that all benefits of ACP including arrears have been paid to the petitioner which renders the present petition infructuous.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners does not controvert the statement made by learned counsel for respondents No.1 to 3. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
