CORAM:- HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE JAISHREE THAKUR Present:- Mr. Raman Mohinder Sharma, Advocate for the petitioner.

Ms. Rashmi Attri, AAG, Punjab.

**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J.

(ORAL) 1.

Both the petitions have been filed for cancellation of bail allowed to the private respondents.

2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner very fairly prays for the matters to be adjourned on the ground that the matter stands compromised and quashing petition on the basis of said compromise is pending in the High Court for 24.09.2021 in CRM-M No.38663 of 2019. 3.

I have heard counsel for the petitioner. Keeping in view the fact that the petition for quashing of the FIR on the basis of compromise has already been filed and is pending consideration, this Court finds no ground to adjourn the matters.

4.

Both the petitions are dismissed at this stage, however, liberty is given to the petitioner to have these petitions revived in case the compromise does not fructify.
