(ORAL) In compliance to the previous order dated 20.11.2018, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed address of only one doctor, namely; Dr. Asitesh Singh Bajwa @ Antosh Singh Bajwa S/o Gurmit Singh Bajwa, resident of Lane No. 10, Ajit Nagar, Opposite Duggal Battery, Jalandhar, now at DHAS (Dr. Hedgewa Aarogya Sansthan), Hospital, Karkardooma, Delhi (NCT Delhi Government). The same is taken on record. Be tagged at the appropriate place. In view of the above, the instant revision is allowed, only to the extent of examination of aforesaid doctor only, whereas qua examination of other two doctors, namely; Dr. Rohit and Dr. Pardeep Chopra, the prayer of the petitioner is declined.
