Learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners submits that the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties during the pendency of this petition, therefore, he has instructions to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh for quashing of FIR No.21 dated 01.03.2014, under Sections 406/ 498A/120B IPC, Police Station Women, Ludhiana, on the basis of compromise. Notice of the application.
On the asking of the Court, Ms. Monika Jalota, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1-State. With the consent of the parties, hearing of this matter is preponed from 02.05.2018 to today.
In view of the averments as above, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.
