This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C for issuance of directions to respondent No.2 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondent No.3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has made submission that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to submit his representation in this regard to respondent No.2, who would decide the same in a time bound manner.

Accordingly, this petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
