CRM No.M-24807 of 2019 -2employee Sandeep Kumar has not deposited the money in the bank for payment to the Excise Department. Rather, by using fake stamps, receipts were given to the Excise Department of about `17 lakhs and thus committed fraud of above-said amount. The fake stamps and receipts etc. are yet to be recovered from the petitioner.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstance of the present case and serious allegations against the petitioner, I find that petitioner is required for custodial interrogation and no ground is made out for grant of anticipatory bail to him.

Therefore, finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.
