Mr. Farukh Abdullah, Advocate, for the petitioner. KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) The case has been taken up through Video Conferencing due to prevailing situation of COVID-19.

This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C for issuance of necessary directions to respondent Nos. 1 and 2 for taking action against respondent Nos.3 to 9 with regard to FIR No.169 dated 02.08.2020, registered at Police Station Nagina, District Nuh (Haryana), under Sections 323, 452, 354-B, 427, 506 and 34 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the concerned authorities to consider and decide the representation (Annexure P-2) in a time bound manner. At this stage, Mr. Kirpal Singh Thakur, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, appeared on behalf of the State through Video Conferencing and submitted that he is not averse to the said submission. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1, i.e., Superintendent of Police, Nuh (Haryana) to consider and decide the representation (Annexure P-2) expeditiously, in accordance with law, preferably within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
