The present petition has been filed under Article 226/227of the Constitution of India read with Section 3 of Haryana Good Conduct Prisoners (Temporary Release) Act, 2022, for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of order dated 10.03.2025 passed by Superintendent of Jail, District Jail, Kaithal whereby regular parole for a duration of 10 weeks to the petitioner has been declined under the category of Hardcore category.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.
