Mr. Farukh Abdullah, Advocate, for the petitioner. KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) The case has been taken up through Video Conferencing due to prevailing situation of COVID-19.

This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C for issuance of necessary directions to respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to conduct fair and impartial investigation in this case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court that petitioner/her father had already given representation (Annexure P2) dated 26.05.2020 to respondent No.1, i.e., Superintendent of Police, Nuh (Haryana) in this regard and he would be satisfied if a direction is given to the concerned police officials to look into the matter. At this stage, Mr. Kirpal Singh Thakur, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, appeared on behalf of the State through Video Conferencing and submitted that he has no objection if such a direction is given. He further prayed that complete paper book of the petition be supplied to him. CRM-M-26198-2020 -2Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1, i.e., Superintendent of Police, Nuh (Haryana) to consider and decide the representation (Annexure P-2) expeditiously, in accordance with law, preferably within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
