Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though all the pensionary benefits, as sought through the instant petition, have been released to the petitioner, however, there is a delay of about three years in releasing the same. Therefore, the petitioner claims interest on delayed payment, and for which he wants to move representation before the authority concerned.

In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of, with a liberty to approach the appropriate authority by moving apt representation, regarding interest on delayed payment. 3.
In case, the petitioner moved any such representation before the authority concerned within a period of 15 days from the date of this DHARAM VIR 2026.04.29 17:52 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
