******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instant petition may be disposed of with liberty to petitioner to avail the other remedies available to him for his illegal detention by the officials of Custom Department.
The petitioner has filed this petition seeking writ in the nature of habeas corpus. It has been stated that petitioner was released from confinement and he intends to avail the remedy available to him regarding his illegal confinement by the officials of Custom Department. In view of submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to available the other legal remedies available to him under the law.
