MEHTA, J.(Oral) As reported by the Registry, the notices issued to appellants No.1 and 2 have been received back with the reports that they were not found to be residing at their respective given addresses whereas the notices issued to appellants No.3 to 5 have been received back with the reports that they have died.

A perusal of the order, passed by the Co-ordinate Bench on 16.12.2019, reveals that on that day, learned counsel appearing for the appellants had informed the Court that he was not in touch with his clients and none had contacted him and the counsel, who had been representing the appellants earlier, had, since, been elevated to the Bench and then, the notices were ordered to be issued to the appellants. Today, none has appeared in the Court to represent appellants No.1 and 2 nor any application has been moved for impleading the Legal Representative(s) of appellants No.3 to 5, in the present appeal. 4.
