The limited prayer made by the petitioner in this petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is that despite the registration of the FIR on 05.10.2024 (Annexure P-3), the investigation has not been completed by respondent Nos.2 to 4. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that the investigation will be completed within a period of 04 weeks from today. 3.

In view of the undertaking given by the learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of.

However, the State shall remain bound by its undertaking given in the Court today.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
