(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner, in case FIR No. 97 dated 22.10.2018 registered under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Bahdson, Tehsil Nabha, District Patiala. Learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 10.12.2018, passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
