(ORAL) The present petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the official respondents to update the petitioners' names on the portal of the Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited (hereinafter referred to as 'the Nigam'), by registering their names for engagement in Shaheed Hasan Khan Mewawti Govt. Medical College, Nalhar, on contractual basis in terms of letters dated 22.11.2021, 11.01.2022, 19.01.2022 and 2.5.2022, Annexures P-5 to P-8 respectively.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that pursuant to interim order dated 30.10.2023, the petitioners' data has been uploaded by respondent No.6 on the Nigam's Portal. Further action regarding their deployment, subject to fulfilling the requisite qualifications, will be taken by respondent No.4/Chief Executive Officer within three weeks from today. 3.
