,  The petitioner$Sarla Devi has filed this Civil Writ Petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India and has sought issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to decide the representation dated 27.07.2020, (Annexure P$2) and to release entire retiral benefits, gratuity, leave encashment and fix the pension of the petitioner and release the same.
