(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner-Harinder Singh @ Gora, in FIR No. 100 dated 23.05.2018 under Sections 420 and 120-B of IPC, registered at Police Station Sangat, District Bathinda. On instructions from, ASI Malkeet Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 11.03.2019, passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
