This revision petition is directed against order dated 9.5.2019 passed by Additional District Judge, Faridabad, vide which the objections filed by the revisionist-petitioner in execution petition titled 'Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited vs. Jakir Khan and another' had been dismissed. Applicant- revisionist JD No.2 had filed objections in the execution petition which were disposed of vide impugned order.

I have gone through the impugned order which is quite detailed and well reasoned. There is no illegality or infirmity therein much less apparent on the face of it. The order is certainly not perverse or in violation of settled legal principals. There is no reason to interfere therewith by exercising the revisional jurisdiction. As such the revision petition stands dismissed.
