RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.106 dated 15.03.2018 registered under Sections 399, 402, 411 IPC (Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 added lateron) at Police Station Basti Jodhewal, District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Major Singh, submits that in compliance of order dated 20.12.2018 petitioner has not joined the investigation.
