Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner was called for interview by respondent no.2/Haryana Staff Selection Commission vide e-mail, dated 05.01.2022, Annexure P-5. However, at that time she was in Germany, and it was not possible for her to appear for the interview on 07.01.2022 at 9.00 a.m. in the Commission's office at Panchkula. She had expressed her inability vide e-mail, dated 05.01.2022, to fly back to India at such a short notice, particularly as it was COVID-19 period and one had to undergo mandatory tests to fly, but no response was SEEMA 2025.07.16 15:25 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that final selection result was declared on 22.08.2022, and thereafter appointments of the selected candidates have also been made. The Commission could not have with-held the entire process of selection only for the petitioner. 4.

Considering the facts aforementioned, and noticing that the petitioner herself appears to be non-serious about the job as she has approached the Court after more than three years, this Court finds no ground to entertain the present petition.
