...Respondents
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE H.S. MADAAN Present:- Ms. Simmy, Advocate for Mr. Narinder Singh Lucky, Advocate for the petitioner.
Mr. T.S. Sangha, Sr. Advocate with `Mr. D.S. Randhawa, Advocate for respondents no. 1 to 7. Mr. R.S. Malik, Advocate for respondent no. 8. *** Learned counsel for respondent no. 8 states that the complaint in question was dismissed vide order dated 22.9.2017 by SDJM, Kosli. That order was challenged by the complainant before the Court of Sessions and learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rewari has dismissed the revision petition affirming the order passed by SDJM, Kosli. In that way, the present petition has become infructuous. He has placed on file copy of both the orders. There is merit in such contentions of learned counsel for respondent no. 8. The petition in hand cannot proceed any further in view of the fact that the complaint in question stands dismissed.
This petition cannot survive, therefore, the same stands dismissed. (H.S. MADAAN) JUDGE September 21, 2018 p.singh Whether speaking/reasoned Yes/No Whether Reportable Yes/No PARVINDER SINGH 2018.09.25 14:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
