Mr. Rakshit Gupta, Advocate, for the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner-Bank in this Writ Petition is that application under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 filed by it on 10.03.2021 has not been disposed of by the respondent No.2 till date. The petitioner-Bank seeks direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the same in a time bound manner.

Mr. S.S. Pannu, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1, and states that respondent No.2 shall dispose of the aforementioned application filed by the petitioner-Bank as early as possible.

Having regard to the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to decide the application dt.10.03.2021 filed by the petitioner-Bank under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 within 6 weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate its decision to the petitioner.
