+% Present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for directing the respondents to release the balance payment of Rs.1,65,74,608/; qua the work of construction of concrete lining from RD 22625 to 28250 and 28250 to 34700 of Arnauli Distributory, executed by petitioner alongwith interest @ 12% per annum.

At the outset, it has been pointed out by the learned counsel for petitioner that the relief claimed in the present writ petition has already been granted; thus, the petition has been rendered infructuous. In view of above, present petition stands disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
