***** Learned State counsel on instructions from Mr. Shantanu Sharma IAS, Deputy Commissioner/Collector, Sirsa submits that statutory appeal arising out of an order passed by the prescribed authority at Sirsa is pending consideration before the Deputy Commissioner/Collector, Sirsa which shall be decided within a period of three months from today.

In view of the aforesaid undertaking, learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner does not press the present application. Dismissed as not pressed.

In case, the Appellate Authority i.e.

the Deputy Commissioner/Collector, Sirsa fails to abide by the aforesaid undertaking, his 1/3rd salary shall remain attached till the compliance is made.
