***** HARSH BUNGER J. (ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondent No.3 to renew the passport of the petitioner. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one after attaching a duly embossed special power of attorney. 3.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
