**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.28 dated 04.03.2024 under Sections 420, 120-B of IPC and Sections 4 and 5 of Prize Chits and Money Circulations Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978 registered at Police Station Bareta, District Mansa.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he do not have particulars but has specific instructions to submit before the Court that the petitioner has been arrested in another FIR and, therefore, on that account could not join the investigation in the instant petition despite interim protection granted to him vide order dated 08.07.2024. In the light of above, he does not want to press the instant petition any further and seeks withdrawal of the same. Dismissed as withdrawn.
