Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.95 dated 28.05.2020 under Sections 406, 420 IPC and Section 24 of Immigration Act, 1983 (Section 370 IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Dhand, District Kaithal. Vide order dated 16.02.2021 passed by a Coordinate Bench, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.
