(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of complaint No.58/13 dated 30.08.2013 (Annexure P-2) and summoning order dated 03.09.2013 (Annexure P-3) in a complaint under Section 9(b) and 37(2) (c) of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 (43) of 2005, pending in the Court of ACJM, Karnal and subsequent proceedings thereof against the petitioner.

Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is mother-in-law of the respondent, who is 85 years old and she has been falsely implicated in the present case. The marriage of son of the petitioner was solemnized with the respondent on 17.04.1992. Pursuant to summoning order dated 03.09.2013 (Annexure P-3), the petitioner has appeared in the year 2016 and it is very difficult for her to travel for attending the Court proceedings Naresh Kumar 2017.03.16 09:01 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh from Hansi to Karnal.
