(Oral) The instant first petition has been filed for seeking direction to respondents No.2 to 5 to take strict legal action against the respondents No.6 to 9 and conducting free and fair investigation in case bearing FIR No. 0163 dated 08.12.2025 under Section 115(2), 126(2), 351(3), 324(4) and 3(5) of BNS, 2023 at Police Station Division No.3, Ludhiana, District Ludhiana. After arguing the matter at some length, Counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to take recourse to the alternative remedy available to him in accordance with law.
