RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing order dated 05.02.2018 (Annexure P-2), passed by the trial Court whereby the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed person, in case FIR No. 89 dated 02.05.2013 registered under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station City Jagraon, District Ludhiana.

Mr. Akashdeep Singh, Advocate has appeared on his own on behalf of respondent No. 2, though, notice of motion has not been issued in this case and filed power of attorney. The same is taken on record. Be tagged at the appropriate place.

CRM-M-54566-2018 -2petitioner to appear before the trial Court within a week from today, with liberty to raise all the pleas taken herein, before it, failing which this petition shall be deemed to be dismissed. On doing so, the trial Court, would consider them on merits and decide his bail application, if any, within next 7 days.

However, it is also clarified that this order shall not be an embargo in conducting the proceedings against the petitioner under Section 446 Cr.P.C., by the trial Court.
