(Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent - authorities to release the 23 year ACP scales which became due to the petitioner on 05.10.2001. Learned counsel for the respondents has produced a copy of order dated 21.10.2024, whereby the benefit of 23 year ACP scale has been granted to the petitioner.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition may be disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
Disposed of as having become infructuous.
