**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from Rakesh Kumar, Assistant submits that the competent authority/Transport Commissioner would revisit the entire issue, de hors the observations made in the impugned order in accordance with law.

It is expected from the competent authority that the needful in the context of re-consideration of the case of the petitioner would be done after hearing the petitioner in a time bound manner. The petitioner would be at liberty to produce the material to show that the original stage carriage permit is still intact. At the same time, the competent authority would also be PRINCE SAINI 2023.04.17 15.17 I attest to the authenticity and integrity of this order/judgment

 

  

 

   at liberty to appreciate the order, if any, passed on 01.04.2003 in the context of cancelling or suspending the stage carriage permit of the petitioner along with 42 transport societies on account of failure to pay the taxes. In any case, the competent authority shall pass fresh order in accordance with law without being prejudiced by pleadings of the present case as well as defence raised by the State at this stage.

In view of above, the present writ petition is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
