The present contempt petition has been filed pleading wilful disobedience of order dated 26.02.2019 passed by this Court in CWP No.20072 of 2015.

COCP No.2108 of 2019 -2- (, "0 Reply by way of affidavit of Devender Kumar Chahal, Secretary, District Red Cross Society, Rohtak on behalf of respondents has been filed today in the Court, same is taken on record. Copy of reply is handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that there is partial compliance of the order and with regard to rest of the controversy, the respondents have preferred a Letters Patent Appeal [LPA], in which interim protection has been granted. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that she may be permitted to withdraw the contempt petition with liberty to file afresh in case cause of action survives after decision of LPA. The contempt petition is disposed of as infructuous with liberty as prayed for.
The rule issued against the respondents stands discharged.
