, -./ The present petition has been filed seeking setting aside of the order dated 03.04.2026 passed by Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ludhiana in complaint bearing No. COMA-12326-2018 titled as "Saroj Sharma versus Hardeep Kaur" instituted on 10.09.2018 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 read with Section 420 IPC whereby the trial Court dismissed the application dated 06.03.2026 filed by the petitioner for clubbing of the three complaints.

On being confronted with the alternative remedies available, the Counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition at this stage so as to move the Court of Sessions at the first instance. Disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
