**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to issue the registration certificate. The grievance of the petitioner is that the registration certificate has not been issued since 2019 till date. Even a legal notice dated 01.06.2022 got issued by the petitioner has not been responded so far.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case legal notice dated 01.06.2022 is ordered to be decided by the respondents within a specified period.
