Vide the order dated 24.05.2024 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court the concession of anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner and he was directed to join the investigation with the investigating officer.

Learned State counsel submits that in complinace of the interim order dated 24.05.2024, the petitioner has not joined the investigation in the last more than three months. He further contends that the petitioner is evading the process of law and he is not entitled for the grant of anticipatory bail by this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to controvert the stand taken by the learned State counsel. 4.

In view of the submissions, the present petition is ordered to be dismissed.
