Petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in FIR No.0061 dated 28.02.2019 registered under Sections 379, 411, 473, 420, 465, 467, 471, 489 and 120-B IPC and Sections 25/54/59 of the Arms Act at Police Station Zirakpur, District SAS Nagar (Mohali).

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that there is no recovery from the petitioner, whereas learned State counsel on instructions from Rakesh Kumar, ASI, has submitted that two vehicles were recovered on the disclosure statement made by the petitioner. He further contends that the petitioner is also involved in two other cases in the State of Punjab, one in the State of Haryana and one in Delhi. He also contends that other accused are yet to be arrested.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground is made out to grant concession of regular bail to the petitioner at this stage. Dismissed.
