Learned counsel for respondent No. 1 submits that the private parties to the lis have resolved their dispute and effected a compromise and, as such, respondent No. 1/complainant, Umesh Kumar Goyal, would withdraw the complaint which is pending before learned Court below.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition. Ordered accordingly.
