Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 35 dated 02.02.2019, registered under Sections 406 & 420 IPC at Police Station Murthal, District Sonepat.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly conceded that investigation is still pending in the matter. As such, in view of the latest judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Dineshbhai Chandubhai Patel v. State of Gujarat & Others 2018(1) R.C.R (Criminal) 617, present petition is not maintainable and the same stands dismissed.
